Absentee Ballots for the Region 20 Budget Referendum on May 5, 2026 are now available for Litchfield voters by going to the Town Clerk's Office, 74 West Street, Litchfield. Absentee Ballots for this Referendum are available in person only. Office hours are Thursday April 30, Friday May 2, and Monday May 4 from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
